Instant lite charcoal disks are used for resin incense and smoking herbal blends to fumigate a space. Simply light and wait until the disk turns white and add your incense or herbs to create smoke. Nontoxic can be used indoors

Note: These diskettes get very hot and can cause a fire. Only lite them in fireproof or metal containers. DO NOT burn on or in glass or plastic containers
